Project Description

Phase 1 was the construction of 16 new 1 and 2 bed apartments built in traditional methods with pile foundations and ring beam construction. The standard of finishes to the brickwork façade was very high with traditional head sills and mock sash windows. Internally the fit out was completed to a premium standard.

Phase 2 was the construction of the remaining 17 new apartments, again built in with traditional methods with pile foundations and ring beam construction.
The remaining 17 apartments helped completed the modern, high standard finish to the exterior complete with off road parking. The Interior were bright open plan living area’s with integrated kitchens and spacious bedrooms. High quality finished bathrooms with both showers and baths.
